Mother and child adoption is love artwork ceramic pendant. I draw the artwork directly on the ceramic pendant tile with archival quality, acid free pigment inks. Each art pendant is an original, miniature work of wearable art. The pendant has the words "adoption is love" and signed on the back. I use acid free, high gloss sealer to preserve the artwork. The pendant is accented with a mother of pearl gemstone bead and sterling silver wire wrapped bail. .
The pendant is on a sterling silver diamond cut snake chain. SJD sterling silver signature tag.
Pendant size is approximately 1.5 x 1 inch oval.

The process takes several days to complete: I sand the ceramic tile to a smooth, workable surface. I use a free form approach to creating the artwork. Finally, the art is signed on the back. I apply three coats of high gloss acid free sealer on all sides of the tile to preserve the art. The artwork will not preserve well if immersed.
