Each necklace is custom designed by hand with Swarovski heart crystals with matching accent crystals on a high quality sterling silver chain, mother of pearl gemstone accent bead on sterling silver heart shaped grandma pendant with sterling silver clasp.

If a longer necklace is desired, it's only $2.00 per inch of additional sterling silver chain.
Custom select 2 heart charms with each design. Add on additional Swarovski heart charms for only $8.00 each.
Note: To make your selection with 2 heart charms only, select "none" from the birth month color menu. In the Custom Color 'Other' box type in the 2 birth months you desire for your design.
If you want to add in more charms, select the additional month(s) from the menu by clicking on each box next to the birth month charm. Each additional charm will be added to your cart at only $8.00 each.
