A special note on shipping: As an artist based business, we take special pride in delivering high quality designs that are as unique and special as each of our customers. In this regard, please note all the designs seen on the website are not mass produced. Each design is sized and handcrafted individually and by order. We work diligently to get every order out in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Any design stated as "in stock" is the design and size shown on the website. All size requests, unless noted otherwise, are made to order.
SunfluersJewelryDesigns.com never makes a profit on shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges covers the actual cost of shipping and packaging materials.
All in stock items are shipped on the next business day by first class with delivery confirmation through the United States Postal Service.
Made to order items are shipped within 3 - 5 days depending on the size of the order and intricacy of the work.
Fee shipping choices are: USPS Priority - USPS Express Overnight - UPS ground - UPS 3 day select - UPS 2nd day air - UPS next day air.
Note: Shipping choice and related charge is for the level of service provided by the carrier. (See special note on shipping policy above).
Insurance is not required but recommended. We can't be responsible for shipments lost in the mail service.

Refunds and Returns
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. Although I hope you will love your jewelry, I will happily exchange your piece for resizing or refund your money less shipping within 10 days of the date of shipment. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You may request a return authorization number here.
Note: A custom design fee of $7.00 per strand for all custom order resizing. Shipping charges are applied on all exchanges. $3.86 for standard USPS first class shipping. (See policy on custom orders below).
Please return the piece in its original condition to us via prepaid insured mail, and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of time with the piece information, the reason for return, and the expected arrival date. Please pack the piece well and include your original receipt. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You may request a return authorization number here.
Please note: refunds do not apply to any designs where part or all of the proceeds from the purchase go to the Half The Sky Foundation. Custom orders are non-refundable. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or adjustment will be granted starting at $15.00 (see resizing information below).
Resizing/restringing is $15.00 per strand. If the sizing is a result of my error, there is no charge for resizing.

If additional alterations are required, they'll be a $15.00 service charge per strand of bracelet or necklace to cover the cost of material plus handling and shipping.
Do you take special request orders?
Yes. I can accommodate requests for size, and, in some instances, color of beads or type of stones. Email me regarding a special order for price variation.
How long will a special request take?
Depending on the size of the order and availability of required material to complete the order, please allow at least 4 to 5 business days. The customer will be notified if the order will take longer then a week to fill.
Can I return or get a refund on a custom order?
Due to the personal and individual requests on custom orders, all sales are final. However, if you receive a size different from ordered, the size will be adjusted at no cost to you.
